You order by submitting the form on the product page for your country. Sending the form does not yet conclude the contract: the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by phone. Until that call you may change or cancel the order by email, at no cost. The price and the product cannot change on this call.
If we cannot reach you after 3 calls over 2 working days, we cancel the order and you owe nothing. If we cannot deliver the product, for example because it is out of stock, we tell you and cancel the order at no cost to you. With the parcel you receive a printed confirmation of the contract, with these terms and the model withdrawal form.
The price published on the offer page is the final price. Easy Peasy Group Limited is not registered for VAT in the EU, so the price is not stated as including VAT. Delivery is free and there is no cash-on-delivery surcharge. We do not add other charges. Each offer states its own price.
Payment is cash on delivery only. We do not accept prepayment or cards, and this site does not collect payment data.
We deliver by courier to the country of the offer you ordered, usually 3 to 7 business days after phone confirmation. Detail in Shipping.
You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. We also offer a voluntary 30-day return period. The procedure is in Returns and complaints.
The product has a legal warranty of conformity of 24 months from receipt. The procedure is in Returns and complaints.
We accept complaints by email and reply within 30 days. For out-of-court consumer dispute resolution you may use the competent body in your country of residence, or the European Consumer Centre in your country, which helps free of charge with disputes involving a trader in another country.
The contract is governed by the law of the country of your habitual residence insofar as that law protects you as a consumer in a way that cannot be derogated from. This clause does not reduce your statutory rights.
Each product page describes the product, its main technical data and what is in the box. Every image has a caption saying whether it is a product photo, a product illustration or illustrated with AI. Illustrations are for illustration only; the product you receive matches the description and technical data.
We are liable under the applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud, and they do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms apply from 5 October 2026, in the wording in force on the day you send the order.
